Responsibilities
- Accurately match millions of candidates and recruiters to companies
- Hack away at creative ways to acquire liquidity in new industries
- Design incentives and tools to make Paraform a recruiter's full-time job
- Build a company experience that feels seamless yet white glove
Requirements
- High attention to detail in design and user experience
- Full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end
- Experience working at early-stage startups or hacking on projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has immense drive and passion for the work you do
- 4-8 years of experience
- Strong side projects as a product engineer
- Experience at a startup (Seed to Series D)
