Fullstack Engineer (Contract/Interim)

We are building the AI Workspace for Consultants.

The $1 trillion consulting industry is powered by some of the world’s brightest minds, yet they remain trapped in manual, inefficient workflows - spreadsheet orchestration, slide-deck assembly, and fragmented data synthesis. We are moving the industry from "human-plus-tools" to autonomous agency.

Backed by Cherry Ventures, Blue Lion, and the founders of QuantumBlack, our cap table includes angels from OpenAI, McKinsey, BCG, and Apple. We have the capital, the network, and the domain expertise, and we are now seeking further engineering support to get there faster.

Our platform enables consultants and PE analysts to run analyses and generate slides via an agent loop

Our ability to generate slides via MCP is a key feature of our platform, but requires additional capacity to setup both: context management & entry points for LLMs; and slide generation functions & data structures to produce high quality output across a broader range of use cases.

The task is full-stack, with particular skill requirements in front-end development & some light AI engineering expertise (strictly application layer, engineer must just be comfortable building with LLM Frameworks like the Claude Agent SDK).

Initial scoping is like 3-4 weeks, with follow-on work or full-time positions available if desired by both parties

• Mid-career (5+ years) still at IC level
• You are a Product/Full-Stack Engineer: You don’t need a 20-page PRD. You can take a vague user pain point from a design partner and ship a functional prototype by Friday.
• You have Consulting-industry Experience: You have seen how these firms operate internally, either as a former consultant or as a member of internal engineering teams.
• You value Speed: You believe that in a seed-stage startup, iteration velocity is the only unfair advantage. You prefer shipping a 90% solution today over a perfect one next month.
• You are "T-Shaped": You are deeply technical in NextJS/Typescript and LLM frameworks (PydanticAI, LangGraph, etc.), but you also care about UI polish and user ergonomics.
