Product Designer
We’re Motley — a 4-person pre-seed AI B2B startup backed by Seedcamp, Tiny VC, Kima, RTP Global.We're building an intelligent business reporting platform that helps companies turn scattered data (from dashboards, Slack, Notion etc.) into meaningful human-friendly insights and stories. Our initial focus is on Customer Success teams, who currently spend hours each month manually creating hundreds of reports.We’re looking for a product designer, full-time and remote (European timezones) to join our core team. You will work directly with our founders (ex Wise, Yandex) and our principal front end engineer to help us shape our product UX design based on our product vision and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Product's visual language and design system- UI/UX design of the whole application
- Design process management
- Turning product requirements into UI/UX design decisions
- Analyzing and incorporating user feedback
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing SaaS products
- Experience building design systems
- Ability to work independently without detailed instructions, taking ideas from concept to implementation and owning the entire process
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with AI design/prototyping/coding tools – Lovable, Stitch, etc.
- Experience conducting user interviews
