Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings and suggest improvements
  • Keep up with industry and marketplace updates to maintain brand compliance and competitiveness
  • Coordinate with supply chain, brand, support, and marketing teams on day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, new product ideas, and growth initiatives
  • Help manage account health and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Participate in onboarding of new brands and support marketplace expansion
  • Track competitors and provide insight into emerging trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
  • Experience in project coordination or working across functions
  • Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Fluent English
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn fast and grow with the role
