Lead Data Scientist / ML Lead

We offer solutions based on virtual employees (virtual supporters, sales managers, personal assistants, etc), goal-oriented conversational AI, ASR/TTS solutions, and many others.

• Design, train and implement SoTA machine learning models models of different complexity.
• Find bottlenecks in models performance and fix them.
• Constantly improve any data science processes inside the team (models, architectures, data sources).
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

• 5+ years of industrial background in a role of Senior or Lead Data Scientist in Voice Assistant/NLP projects.
• Experience with transformers and fine tuning.
• Experience in named entities recognition, facts extraction and other “voice-assistance-related” NLU tasks as a plus.
• Experience in search engines and recommendation systems as a plus.
• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to "transfer" it for the language of models.
