Neru Health uses Conversational AI to tackle one of chronic care’s toughest challenges: helping patients start and stick with treatment, beginning with sleep care and diabetes.

Our product is live with 15,000+ patients today, improving outcomes while reducing clinic workload by ~45%.

We recently closed our oversubscribed seed round, backed by senior tech leaders from Netflix and Google, leading digital health investors and clinical experts.

We’re a small team building AI-native healthcare products, shipping to real patients every week.

• Own AI-powered features end-to-end, from early prototypes to production
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for prompt iteration and semantic retrieval
• Design and build LLM-based conversational systems used by real patients
• Work closely with users and clinicians to understand their problems and design AI solutions
• Monitor, debug, and improve AI quality, reliability, and safety over time
• Iterate quickly on prompts, models, and system design based on real usage

• Engineering experience in tech and product-driven environments
• Shipping multi-provider LLM-based solutions to production (using e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Strong software engineer who moved deep into LLM-based systems
• Proficiency with LLM infra platforms (prompt management, logging/tracing, evals)
• Experience designing and building conversational AI systems (voice, chat)
• Comfortable building features end-to-end (Python; frontend experience is a plus)

• Have an interest in infrastructure for AI/ML (direct experience is a bonus, but not required)

• Experience with healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments
• Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI tech
